Forthcoming skyscrapers in Delhi NCR

The amenities promised by developers in many of the skyscrapers under construction in the Delhi NCR like bird’s-eye view of Delhi, sky decks, multilevel car parks, clubhouses, STP plants, and landscaped greens have been a hit with the well-heeled customers looking for the ultimate lifestyle living.

Assotech’s Celeste Towers in one of the tallest residential highrises in Noida. Located in Sector 44, the project 35-level highrise structure is over an area of 14,331 square metres.

Supertech is coming up with two skyscrapers, North Eye and Supernova, both in Noida.Raheja Group has signed an agreement with Dubai-based Arabtec Construction for its skyscraper, Raheja Revanta, in Sector 78, Gurgaon. Revanta, standing at 195 metres with 57 storeys is one of the tallest residential projects at the foothills of Aravali hills and will have undulating green areas, water bodies, and simulated lagoons. Raheja Group also has plans to construct a 190-metre-tall, 54-floor high residentialcumcommercial tower, Navin Minar, in Kathputli Colony in Delhi.

Navin Raheja, CMD of Raheja Group, says: “Raheja Revanta has two towers: Surya Towers and Tapas Town houses. Surya Towers offers a choice in 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6BHK independent floors of 2,074 sq ft to 4,961 sq ft. Arabtec will also construct 2,800 EWS houses under slum redevelopment PPP project of Rahejas with DDA in a time-bound manner of two years.“

Assotech Limited is ready to give possession in Celeste Towers, located in Sector 44, Noida.

Celeste Towers promises high-speed lifts that can reach the 35th floor in only 40 seconds and a panoramic view of the entire city from the bedroom or living room itself of any unit.

Sanjeev Srivastva, MD of Assotech Ltd, says: “Highrise projects like Celeste Towers come with international-level facilities, including spa at 31st level, all-weather infinity pool at lev el 32, state-of-the-art gymnasium at level 33, water softening plant at level 34, and a helipad at level 35. Supertech has started work on its highrise i projects, Supernova, 300 metres high and 80 storeyed, in Sector 94, Noida Expressway, and North Eye, 255 metres high and 66 storeyed, in Sector 74, Noida. The tallest tower in Supernova is Spira; this Iconic Tower has high-end luxurious resi dences, two 5-star hotels, and Spira Suites (595 sq ft) topped off by a restaurant and bar which offer a bird’s-eye view over the surrounding waterways of Yamuna.

The tower will have a helipad, an observatory deck, an exclusive clubhouse, automated elevators, and a panoramic view of the bird sanctuary .

R K Arora, CMD of Supertech Ltd, says: “The architecture, layout, and technologies are all crafted by London architects, BENOY. The project is certified by LEED Green Building of the US. We expect to deliver this project in the next 48 months.“

Work on Supertech’s North Eye, located in Sector 74, Noida, is on. The tallest residential development in North Eye stands at 255 metres with 60 floors and spread over 9 acres; it is being built up in three parts-East wing, West wing and Central Tower. The project is likely to be completed in the next 23 months.

BRYS International has launched one of the tallest residential towers, Brys Buzz, in Sector 150, Noida Expressway . The project will have 81 floors.
